What we collect
Account data you give us (email address, display name, password — stored only as a hash); product data created as you use PicksLocker (credit balance and transactions, unlocked cards, Credit Return™ records, feedback you submit); and basic technical data (log records and a one-way hashed form of your IP address).
Why we collect it
To create and secure your account, to deliver the cards you unlock, to operate the credit ledger accurately, to prevent fraud and bonus abuse, and to fix problems in the product. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
IP addresses
We do not store raw IP addresses for the welcome bonus. We store a salted, one-way hash that lets us cap how many bonuses a single network can claim — it cannot be reversed back into an address.
Processors
We use third-party infrastructure to run the service: a managed database and authentication provider, hosting and content delivery, AI model providers used to generate draft analysis, and sports-data providers. These providers process data on our instructions. Analysis prompts contain fixture and market data, not your personal account data.
Cookies and local storage
We use strictly necessary storage to keep you signed in and to remember interface preferences. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Retention
Account and ledger records are kept while your account exists and for as long as needed for accounting and dispute resolution afterwards. Logs are kept for a short operational period.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to certain processing. Deleting your account removes your profile and personal identifiers; anonymised settlement and results records may be retained for integrity of the public ledger. Contact privacy@thepickslocker.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
PicksLocker is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
