1. What PicksLocker is
PicksLocker publishes sports research: AI-assisted analysis reviewed by human analysts and released as Intelligence Prediction Cards™. It is an information and entertainment product. It is not gambling advice, financial advice, investment advice, or a tipping service, and no outcome, return or level of accuracy is promised.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and legally permitted to access sports-analysis content where you live. You are responsible for complying with your local laws.
3. Accounts
You must provide an accurate email address and confirm it. You are responsible for everything done under your account and for keeping your password secure. One account per person. We may suspend or close accounts used for fraud, abuse, automated scraping, credit farming, or resale of paid content.
4. Credits
Credits are a prepaid, in-app access unit with no cash value. They are not currency, are not redeemable for money, and cannot be transferred or sold. Credits unlock access to specific Intelligence Prediction Cards™. Promotional credits (including any welcome bonus) are granted at our discretion, may require a confirmed email address, and may be limited or withdrawn if abuse is detected.
5. Credit Return™
Credit Return™ returns credits to your balance in defined situations — for example when a card settles as a loss, push or void, according to the rules shown on the card. Credit Return™ is always a return of credits, never a cash refund, and applies only to cards you unlocked with credits.
6. Purchases and refunds
Where credit packs are sold, purchases are for digital access delivered immediately. Except where a non-waivable consumer right applies, purchased credits are non-refundable once the account has been credited. If a purchase fails to credit your account, contact us and we will correct it.
7. Acceptable use
Do not scrape, resell, redistribute or publicly repost unlocked card content; do not attempt to bypass paywalls, rate limits or authentication; do not interfere with the platform or other users. We may revoke access for violations without refund of credits.
8. Intellectual property
All content, models, scores, branding and the Intelligence Prediction Card™, BetIQ™ and Credit Return™ marks belong to PicksLocker. Unlocking a card grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to view it — not ownership.
9. No warranty and limitation of liability
The platform is provided "as is". Sports data comes from third-party providers and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PicksLocker is not liable for any losses — including betting losses — arising from your use of the platform, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months.
10. Changes and termination
We may update these terms, the product, or pricing. Material changes will be reflected by the date above. You may stop using the service at any time; we may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
